25 December 2014 : Grilled lamb meat for Christmas dinner



lamb steak

the ancient way to get the lemon juice
the excess marinate from grill pan

mix all ingredients and marinate the steaks
grill with some oyster sauce

turn to another side

bite size cut !


Ingredients:-

Marinate:
1.5 cup natural yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
1tbsp dry rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
grind pepper
3 lamb steaks

Cooking/grill time :-
oyster sauce


Mix all ingredients for marinate with lamb steaks. Cover the mixture and lamb steaks and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Grill, basting with some oyster sauce. Drain access juice when necessary.
