| mix all ingredients and marinate the steaks |
| grill with some oyster sauce |
| turn to another side |

Ingredients:-
Marinate:
1.5 cup natural yoghurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
1tbsp dry rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
grind pepper
3 lamb steaks
Cooking/grill time :-
oyster sauce
Mix all ingredients for marinate with lamb steaks. Cover the mixture and lamb steaks and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Grill, basting with some oyster sauce. Drain access juice when necessary.
