A friend showed me with her Thermomix on the steps to make Kimchi . Simple but time consuming Recipe :) Funnily , I learned to make this from a Kuching person who learned it from an American! The Ingredients which I got ready : Three big long white cabbage Two big white carrots (white radish) 150g spring onion For the Paste : 150g ginger Three pieces red pepper Three pieces green pepper (capsicum) Three pieces green apples 200g fresh chilies Some roasted anchovies Some cooked rice (for fermentation) 150g korean chilli powder   Steps:- 1.
