6 February 2015: Easy Steps to make Seaweed Chips


 This is one of my favourite snacks. Easy to make but needs patience and time ;)


 Ingredients to ready:-

Eggs,Spring Roll Skin (Popiah Skin),Salt,Pepper, Ikan Bilis Seasoning(Knorrs), Japanese Sushi Seaweed. 

Utensils: Fork, Scissors,Bowl to put eggs batter, Egg Brush . Some paper towels (oil soaking)

Egg Batter: Mix some Ikan Bilis Seasoning, salt and pepper into egg batter

 
 Steps:-

1) Lather generously the egg batter onto a sheet of Spring Roll skin, place one sheet of seaweed on top and lather somemore egg batter before cover with another Spring Roll skin (Sandwich the seaweed sheet between two sheets of Spring Roll skin)

2) Cut up the ready "sandwich" seaweed between two Spring Roll Skins

3) Place into the wok to fry till brown

4) Toss and drench after that

5) Add some white pepper before seal in zip lock bag



Ingredients & utensils
Sandwich the seaweed sheet between two spring roll skins

Cut all the Spring Roll Skins with seaweeds

Into Hot Oil - Fry till brown

Toss and drain access oil with paper towels

Sealed in Zip Bags to retain freshness
